Clint has been a fully CeMap qualified mortgage and protection consultant since 2009. After establishing his career with a large estate agent, Clint became frustrated with supporting a large organisation and only being able to offer products from a restricted panel of lenders. Clint decided to create CR Mortgages Ltd in 2017 to establish a business based on friendly and professional independent mortgage and protection advice. He wanted to provide comprehensive access to the mortgage and protection market and establish good relationships with estate agents and solicitors alike. Clint prides himself on his excellent communication skills and customer service, always putting his client’s best interests at the heart of what he does.

When Clint isn’t working, he loves days out with his family and friends enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Isle of Wight.

Darren joined CR Mortgages in 2018 to advise and assist all our clients with their insurance requirements. Darren discovered a love for financial services and completed his CeMap qualifications in July 2019. Darren still has a strong focus on protection and general insurance cases and is extremely knowledgeable in sourcing the best cover that suits your needs and has now gained the knowledge and experience to also advise on your mortgage needs. Darren thrives in securing great deals for his clients and saving them money. In his spare time, he likes to explore our beautiful Island and enjoys swimming and squash.

Sophie joined CR Mortgages in 2019, to provide support with administration and compliance. Sophie has many hats, including our IT support, finance and back-office administration. Sophie has a strong customer services background and brings a wealth of experience from different sectors with her. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys exploring new places with her family and spending time at the beach.

Mimi joined the team in July 2022. She hasn’t quite got the hang of working yet and prefers to spend most of the day sleeping!
